Gilles Morelle literally grew up on the water. With a father in the navy and a childhood spent by the sea, he set foot on a boat before he could even walk. Since then, he has never left.

Passionate about speed and thrills, Gilles turned to regatta racing at an early age. He made it his profession: as a professional regatta racer, he sailed on a multitude of boats and developed a keen sense of seamanship, based on precision, strategy and responsiveness. In 2010, he decided to settle down on Lake Geneva.

Today, he puts all this energy into teaching at the Crans Nautical Club sailing school. Gilles is the instructor who inspires you to go further, who helps you progress in the blink of an eye and who conveys his love of sailing with contagious enthusiasm. Sailing, motoring, manoeuvring, thrills: with him, every outing becomes an adventure.
