Description

A summer at full speed on Lake Geneva

The catamaran is the ultimate summer craft. On our modern, fast Topaz 14 boats, your teenagers will discover the thrill of sailing right away.

  • Team spirit: We sail in pairs (helmsman and crew), we coordinate our efforts, and we make friends.
  • Thrill seekers: As soon as the wind picks up, it’s time for the trapeze (hanging above the water) and speeding under spinnaker!
  • Safe environment: Even though things move quickly, our instructors keep a constant watch over the fleet with their motorboats.

Who is it for? (12-17 years old)

No need to be an expert! We put together teams so that everyone can progress:

  • Discovery Level: For those who have never sailed before. The Topaz 14 is stable and forgiving of mistakes.
  • Advanced Level: For experienced sailors who want to refine their trapeze technique, racing tactics, and mastery of the asymmetrical spinnaker.

  • Duo navigation: Learn how to coordinate with your teammate (helmsman and crew).
  • Trapeze and Spinnaker: Discover the pleasure of "the trapeze" to balance the boat and the excitement of hoisting the spinnaker (the large balloon sail) downwind.

This week's schedule:

  • Navigation: Learning sailing techniques, tacking, and wind management on an Optimist dinghy.
  • Safety & Environment: Understand the weather, respect the lake, and follow boating rules.
  • Games & Fun: Because it's vacation time, sessions include balance games, swimming, and challenges between friends.
