With our new Suprise, we wanted to foster synergy between the various members of the Crans Nautical Club. Members, committee members, sailing school students… We got together every evening during Founex Evening Week on the water, then for drinks and convivial moments.

From a sporting point of view, we can say that we were in our element. Admittedly, we got off to a flying start one evening, but above all, it was a constant mix of crew members with very different levels of experience. For some, it was their baptism of fire… It was a wonderful experience, with everyone coming out stronger thanks to the situations they faced along the way and their ability to manage stress…

From a human perspective, the goal was to create this collective, where the various members of the Club could meet. These sailing events can be a great opportunity for our students to finish a period of lessons on the water and discover the life of our Nautical Club. It is also part of making a Club lively and dynamic.

From a material standpoint, this week also allowed us to realize how much work needs to be done on our Surprise for the regatta. The job list has been published!!!

For all these reasons, this evening event in Founex marked the beginning of a new chapter for the Crans Nautical Club and its sailing school. Be sure to save the dates for future events…
